Joe is the Water/Wastewater Operations Foreman with the Town of Crossfield and has been with the Town for 20 years. Joe is a Water Distribution Level II , Wastewater Collection II, and Wastewater treatment Level I, Certified operator and has been a NCWP Board member since 2022. Joe has a passion for lagoon wastewater treatment. He has identified innovative ways to improve the quality of the Town of Crossfield’s wastewater effluent, that has resulted in ability of the Town to explore alternative uses including irrigation of farmland, irrigation at the local golf course, and other industrial uses. Joe continues to support the NCWP’s water monitoring efforts in support of the Nose Creek Model Project.
